Cancellations Policy
CANCELLATIONS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS & LATE ARRIVALS
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations are difficult to fill and may result in lost appointment availability for other patients.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS & LATE ARRIVALS
Missed appointments prevent other pets from receiving care and impact the running of the clinic.
-
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
-
If you arrive late, treatment will be provided within the remaining time where possible; however, the full appointment fee will still apply.
-
If you arrive too late for treatment to be carried out safely or effectively, this will be treated as a missed appointment and charged in full.
REPEAT OCCURRENCES
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and discretion may be applied in genuine cases.
-
A first late cancellation or missed appointment may be waived at our discretion where reasonable notice or explanation is provided.
-
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments will incur charges as outlined above.
-
In such cases, we may require payment at the time of booking for future appointments.
-
Continued failure to attend appointments may result in us being able to offer future bookings.
NO COMMUNICATION
Missed appointments without any prior communication will always be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.
